Southern Banana Pudding

It's that time of year when summer's ending and you could hear the leaves crunching beneath your foot when you walk. It's also that time of year when after a series of mid-October deluge, the heavenly skies decided that it would release some early snow. Well, it's November now and I am still in my summer dessert mode.

So, to kick off the beginning of the long awaited autumn season, I made banana pudding.
Yes, the very rich and very creamy goodness.

My favorite part is when, after waiting for 5 long hours, the wafers turn into cake. It's so magical.

Here is the Easy NO Bake Banana Pudding Recipe:
1 Box of Vanilla Instant Jell-O Pudding
1 Box of Vanilla Wafers
1 or 2 Bananas (according to your preference)
Milk
A pinch of patience
Lots of creativity
Directions:
1.) Whisk the pudding mix and the milk; follow directions on box.
2.) Layer the wafers and sliced bananas according to your preference.
3.) Assemble!
4.) Now, it's time for a game called 'How Long Can You Wait?'
(stick the pudding in your refrigerator for about 5 hours)
